CRM & Systems Transition
90-day engagement (up to 20 hrs/week). Transition CRM, automations, ad systems, and domain infrastructure from MoonTax into CTME.
Weeks 1–2
- Audit CRM structure — pipelines, custom fields, opportunities, triggers
- Inventory active automations — email, SMS, webhooks, internal alerts
- Review pipeline stages, routing logic, and opportunity movement
- Review Google & Meta ad accounts — campaigns, pixels, audiences, conversion setup
- Review current domain structure and identify required redirect paths
Weeks 3–8
- Configure Trent's calendar, booking links, and availability sync — priority
- Configure Trent's lead routing, automations, and notifications — priority
- Coordinate with Keanu on contact export and data validation
- Configure pipelines and opportunity stages in CTME
- Configure remaining automations — reminders, internal alerts
- Reconfigure webhooks and third-party integrations
- Configure webhook integrations between Karbon and GHL
- Transition campaign structure, tracking, and access controls
- Validate gclid/fbclid capture, conversion reporting, and configure offline conversion events
- Develop and implement 301 redirect mapping from moontax.com to CTME paths
Weeks 9–12
- Monitor form submissions, bookings, and pipeline movement weekly
- Identify and resolve missed triggers or workflow issues
- Monitor campaign performance during transition window
- Compile system documentation and deliver handoff notes
